Sightseeing and Tours
As often is the case in large cities, the choices of what to see and experience during a short visit can be overwhelming. We therefore work closely with a few tour-guide companies who are specialized in different themes of what the city offers and can supply us with the private tours of your choice. In choosing your guide, we find that selecting someone who has a personal attachment to the place or object presented, gives valuable insight that can elsewhere easily be missed. Some of our favourites are a tour to Potsdam and the magnificent Palace of Sanssouci; a Second World War tour through the centre of Berlin-Mitte; a tour through the Jewish quarter of Hackesche Markt and a tour to visit the many Berlin art galleries. Last but not least one of the various boat tours on the canal throughout Berlin is highly recommended. Naturally, we also arrange private tours in the museums.
